This website (lumin42.com) is operated by lumin42, providing information about, and sale of, our AI operations products and services: digital downloads (guides, templates, toolkits), and AI systems including ClawbitAI, Sentinel AI, TradeGenius, and the Confidential Intelligence Platform. By using this site or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms.
2. Purchases and digital delivery
Digital products are sold via a real, live Stripe checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your file is delivered automatically via a secure download link — no manual step, no waiting for an email from us to send it separately. The consultancy and AI system products (ClawbitAI, Sentinel AI, TradeGenius, Confidential Intelligence Platform) are set up directly with you following payment; nothing on this site should be read as confirmation that a specific feature is live for your business until agreed directly with us.
3. Refunds — digital products
If the file you receive is faulty, corrupted, or not what was described on the product page, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
Because these are instantly-delivered digital files, once you've downloaded a product we're not able to offer a refund simply for changing your mind — by completing your purchase, you agree that download begins immediately and you lose the standard 14-day cancellation right that applies to physical goods (this is permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital content, provided you're told clearly in advance — which this section is that notice).
If you haven't yet downloaded the file, contact us before doing so and we can still process a straightforward refund.
4. Enquiries
Our support page and its contact email go to a real person — you'll get an actual reply, not an automated ticket system.
5. Accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate, but AI product capabilities, pricing, and availability can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until confirmed directly with us in writing.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this site belong to lumin42. Digital products you purchase are for your own use — you may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose them as your own without permission.
7. Liability
